Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my parking?

Your booked parking can be canceled online up to 1 hour before the booking starts. You can do this yourself via the booking confirmation by clicking on "View all booking details" and then "Cancel parking". For prepaid parking, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.


What if I don't know my license plate at the time of booking?

Below the free text field for the license plate, there is a clickable link. Click it and check the box labeled "I do not know my license plate" to complete your booking Note: Do not forget to adjust this before your parking starts.


I have changed car for my pre-booked parking, how do I change the license plate?

You can easily do this via the booking confirmation where you click on "View all booking details". Once there, click on "Edit license plate" and save.


Can I change the start and end times of my booking?

After completing your booked parking, contact the hotel front desk to see if it is possible to adjust the start and end times. If adjustments are not possible, you can simply cancel your parking.


I can't find the my parking spot?

Click on "View all booking details" in the booking confirmation. Once there, you can start navigation to the entrance of the parking area.


The date on my booking is incorrect, how do I change this?
